تحترم منصة بداية أونلاين (bedayaonline.com) خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه الصفحة البيانات التي نجمعها، وسبب جمعها، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، وحقوقك تجاهها.

3. لماذا نستخدم بياناتك
- إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك، بما في ذلك الدخول بحساب Google.
- عرض الكورسات المناسبة لمرحلتك الدراسية.
- تفعيل الكورسات بعد مراجعة إيصال الدفع.
- متابعة تقدّمك الدراسي، وإتاحته لولي الأمر المرتبط بحسابك، ولمدرّس الكورس.
- التواصل معك بخصوص حسابك أو طلبك أو الكورسات، عبر البريد أو الموبايل أو واتساب.
- تحسين المنصة وحل المشكلات التقنية.
لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة. ولا نستخدم بيانات حساب Google إلا لتسجيل دخولك وإنشاء حسابك على المنصة.
4. من يطّلع على بياناتك

5. الطلاب أقل من 18 سنة
كثير من طلابنا أقل من 18 سنة. نشجّع أن يتم التسجيل بمعرفة ولي الأمر، ونوفّر حساب ولي الأمر لمتابعة الابن أو الابنة. إذا كنت ولي أمر وتريد مراجعة بيانات ابنك أو حذفها، تواصل معنا (القسم 1).
6. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- بيانات الحساب والدراسة: نحتفظ بها طوال وجود الحساب.
- بيانات الطلبات والإيصالات: نحتفظ بها للمدة التي تتطلبها المحاسبة والقانون.
- عند حذف الحساب: نحذف البيانات الشخصية أو نجعلها غير مرتبطة بك، إلا ما يلزمنا الاحتفاظ به قانوناً.
7. حماية البيانات
- الاتصال: مشفّر (HTTPS).
- كلمات المرور: محفوظة مشفّرة.
- لوحة التحكم: الوصول إليها محدود بالمسؤولين.
لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة 100٪ على الإنترنت، لكننا نبذل ما يلزم لحماية بياناتك.
8. حقوقك
- معرفة البيانات المحفوظة عنك، وطلب نسخة منها.
- تصحيح بياناتك من حسابك، أو بالتواصل معنا.
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك (القسم 9).
- إيقاف رسائل التواصل غير الضرورية.
- إلغاء ربط حساب Google: من إعدادات حسابك على Google (الأمان ← التطبيقات المرتبطة)، أو بطلب منا.
9. طلب حذف البيانات
لحذف حسابك وبياناتك (بما في ذلك الحسابات المسجّلة عبر Google أو Facebook):
- أرسل طلباً من نفس البريد أو الموبايل المسجّل إلى [email protected] أو واتساب 01105852822، بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات».
- نتأكد من هويتك، ثم نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى، ونرسل لك تأكيداً.
10. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)
- ملفات أساسية: نستخدمها لتسجيل الدخول والسلة وحفظ تفضيلاتك.
- ملفات القياس: نستخدمها لفهم استخدام الموقع.
- التحكم فيها: يمكنك حذفها أو منعها من إعدادات المتصفح، لكن بعض أجزاء الموقع قد لا تعمل بدونها.
11. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. ننشر أي تغيير على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث، ونخطرك بالتغييرات المهمة عبر البريد أو الموقع.
12. بيانات مستخدمي Google (التسجيل بحساب Google)
- ما نطلبه: عند اختيارك «التسجيل بحساب Google» نطلب من Google بياناتك الأساسية فقط: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، وصورة الحساب (الصلاحيات: openid و email و profile). لا نطلب الوصول إلى Gmail أو Drive أو جهات الاتصال أو أي بيانات أخرى.
- الاستخدام: نستخدم هذه البيانات فقط لإنشاء حسابك على بداية أونلاين وتسجيل دخولك.
- المشاركة: لا نبيع بيانات Google، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث، إلا مقدّم الاستضافة اللازم لتشغيل المنصة.
- التخزين والحذف: تُحفظ على خوادمنا طوال وجود حسابك، ويمكنك طلب حذفها في أي وقت (القسم 9)، أو إلغاء ربط التطبيق من حساب Google.
- يلتزم استخدام بداية أونلاين للمعلومات المستلمة من واجهات Google البرمجية ونقلها بسياسة بيانات المستخدمين لخدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).
Privacy Policy — Bedaya Online (English)

Bedaya Online (bedayaonline.com) is an Egyptian online learning platform that offers courses and lectures to students, with accounts for parents and teachers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and your rights.
1. Contact

2. Data we collect
- Student account: name, email, mobile number, school stage, password (stored hashed).
- Sign in with Google: name, email address and profile picture, as provided by Google after your consent. We never receive your Google password or any other Google data.
- Parent account: name, email, mobile number and the link to the child’s account.
- Teacher application: name, email, mobile number and application details.
- Purchases: billing details (name, mobile, email, governorate if entered) and the screenshot of the InstaPay / Vodafone Cash transfer receipt you upload. We do not collect or store bank-card data.
- Learning data: enrolled courses, lesson progress, quiz and assignment results, certificates.
- Technical data: device and browser information and cookies needed for login and the cart; usage measurement.
3. How we use data
- Create your account and sign you in (including Sign in with Google).
- Show courses for your school stage; activate courses after reviewing the payment receipt.
- Track learning progress and share it with the linked parent and the course teacher.
- Contact you about your account, orders and courses (email, phone, WhatsApp).
- Improve the platform and fix technical problems.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Google user data
When you choose “Sign in with Google”, Bedaya Online requests only the openid, email and profile scopes (name, email address, profile picture). This data is used solely to create your Bedaya Online account and sign you in. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google data; we do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the hosting provider needed to operate the platform. It is stored on our servers for as long as your account exists and can be deleted at any time (section 8); you can also revoke access from your Google Account (Security → Third-party apps). Bedaya Online’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Who can see your data
Platform administrators (accounts, orders, support); the course teacher (student name, progress and results in their courses only); the linked parent (child’s progress and results); technical service providers such as hosting, site security, video delivery, live sessions (Zoom) and email, only as needed to provide the service; authorities only when required by law.
6. Students under 18
Many of our students are under 18. We encourage registration with a parent’s knowledge and provide parent accounts. Parents may ask to review or delete their child’s data using the contacts above.
7. Retention and security
Account and learning data are kept while the account exists; order and receipt data for the period required by accounting and law. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and admin access is restricted.
8. Your rights and data deletion
You can access, correct or delete your data and stop non-essential messages. To delete your account and data (including accounts created with Google or Facebook), send a request titled “Data deletion request” from your registered email or mobile to [email protected] or WhatsApp +20 110 585 2822. After verifying your identity we delete the account within 30 days and confirm by message.
9. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and keep your cart; measurement cookies help us understand site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; changes are published on this page with the update date, and important changes are announced by email or on the site.
